We are a working boat shop and are not always available to pick up the phone. The best way to contact us
is through the email below. You are however welcome to call and we will return your call while the epoxy is
drying. Because of the large number of people who would fill out the information request form and put in a
wrong email return address we have done away with the form. So here are the rules for email.
In your email, include your name, and the boat you are interested in or the boat that you have a question
on. Remember that we ship product all over the world so the chances of us remembering the boat plans
you purchased without having to look it up is slim.
Be as thorough with your question as possible so that we can get you the info you are looking for. If you
have a question about the building process and you have pictures then by all means include them in your
email

Returns and shipping policy
Because of the nature of the materials sold and licenced by Sandy Point Boat Works, we allow return of materials for same product
exchange only for defect in materials or craftsmanship. Returns will be replaced promptly with new product. All returns require a
return authorization which can be obtained without hassle by first contacting us.
